These terms apply to SQLVPN cross-border access and network acceleration subscriptions. By visiting this website, creating an account, or using a subscription, users confirm that they have read and agree to these terms. Stop using the service if you disagree with any part.

Service Scope and Applicability

SQLVPN provides access to international routes, subscription management, and entry points for supported clients across 90+ countries / 200+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Routes may change based on network conditions, maintenance schedules, and resource allocation. Available regions and access methods are those shown in the user panel at the relevant time.

The service is intended to improve cross-border access and does not guarantee permanent access to any specific website, application, content region, or connection quality. Third-party platforms may change access policies, technical rules, or content licensing, and SQLVPN cannot independently control resulting changes in access.

Account and Subscription Use

Registration requires no email address and can be completed with a username and password. Users must protect their account credentials and are responsible for subscription management, route usage, and other activity under their accounts. If credentials are exposed or unusual access is detected, change the password promptly and submit a support ticket through the user panel.

Subscriptions support use on an unlimited number of personal devices, but accounts, subscription links, and access credentials are for reasonable use by the account holder only. Subscriptions may not be sold, rented, or transferred; subscription links may not be publicly posted; and accounts may not be used as shared access services for others. Users are responsible for consequences including traffic consumption, configuration exposure, or account irregularities caused by voluntarily disclosing credentials.

Monthly traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Payment supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT; available options are those shown on the checkout page.

Compliant Use and Service Restrictions

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and the service access region. They may not use the service for illegal activities, infringe the lawful rights of others, or interfere with the normal use of routes, servers, or other users. Unauthorized system access, malicious scanning, attacks, fraud, distribution of illegal content, and other conduct that may damage network resources are prohibited.

To protect routes and maintain service order, SQLVPN may take necessary action against clearly abnormal connection activity, including limiting relevant sessions, suspending subscription access, or asking users to verify account status. Such action is limited to restoring normal service and reducing risk and does not represent a legal judgment about user activity.

Availability, Refunds, and Scope of Liability

SQLVPN performs routine maintenance, resolves faults, and manages routes, but network connections may still be affected by carrier links, device environments, system settings, third-party service policies, and unforeseen events. Some routes may be temporarily adjusted or unavailable during scheduled maintenance or emergency response. Users should select suitable routes for their actual access needs and retain necessary local materials and work backups.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SQLVPN is not responsible for third-party service interruptions, content changes, device failures, configuration errors, or network issues beyond the reasonable control of the service. Explanatory materials and tutorials are provided to assist with configuration and do not replace the user's judgment regarding their own environment and compliance obligations.

A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 60 days after the first payment. Submit refund requests through a user panel support ticket so the relevant account and order can be verified. Before submitting, users should confirm that the required information is accurate to avoid delays caused by mismatched account details.

Suspension, Termination, and Changes to These Terms

Users may stop using the service. For accounts that violate these terms, resell or publicly share subscriptions, interfere with service operations, infringe the rights of others, or use the service for illegal activities, SQLVPN may restrict, suspend, or terminate access as appropriate. Relevant status information may be provided in the user panel before or after action is taken; in urgent risk situations, necessary restrictions may be applied first.

SQLVPN may revise these terms due to service changes, legal requirements, or operational rule changes. Updated content will be published on this page with the latest update date. Significant changes may be announced through the user panel. Continued use after the updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms; users who disagree should stop using the service.
