Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what information SQLVPN processes when providing cross-border access and network acceleration subscriptions, why it is processed, how long it is retained, and how users can request deletion. SQLVPN processes only the information needed to maintain accounts, orders, route management, and site operations.

Data Collection and Processing Purposes

No email address is required to create an account; users can use a username and password. SQLVPN therefore does not require a registration email. If a user voluntarily provides an email address or other contact information in a support ticket, it is used only to answer that request, verify account ownership, or resolve a service issue, and not to create additional marketing profiles.

Account records include the username, a secure password digest, plan status, traffic usage records, and necessary account activity records. They support authentication, quota calculation, subscription delivery, and exception handling. Passwords are not stored in a directly readable form.

Order records include the plan or traffic package, payable and paid amounts, payment status, transaction reference, refund status, and related timestamps. This information is used to complete orders, reconcile accounts, handle disputes, and meet applicable financial record obligations. The site may also process analytics for public pages, such as pages visited, referring pages, browser type, and approximate region, to identify faults and improve information structure.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Records

SQLVPN does not record which websites users access through the subscription service, retain browsing history that could reconstruct browsing content, or build a browsing activity profile that remains linked to an account over time.

While a connection is being established, the system may temporarily process technical information required for authentication, route selection, and traffic accounting, including connection time, selected node, network address, and transferred volume. Temporary technical information that identifies a single connection is not retained long term after operational diagnosis and security processing are complete. Account traffic summaries and incident records are retained only for the periods needed for subscription management and service security. Site analytics cover only SQLVPN's public site and user panel, not destination content accessed through international routes.

Cookies and Local Storage

SQLVPN uses necessary cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language preferences, interface state, and security verification information. These data maintain login status, load the correct language, and reduce repeated actions. If necessary storage is disabled, login, order viewing, or subscription management may not work properly.

Site analytics help identify page errors, access trends, and basic performance issues. Results are processed in an aggregated manner where possible and are not used to infer specific content accessed through subscription routes. Users can clear cookies and local storage in their browser settings; after clearing them, users must log in again and reselect relevant preferences.

Payment Processing and Data Retention

SQLVPN supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are handled by the relevant payment channel or blockchain network, whose privacy rules are set by that provider. SQLVPN receives the payment result, amount, and transaction reference needed to complete an order, but does not directly store payment-channel login credentials.

Account information is generally retained until account deletion is complete. Order and refund records are retained for as long as needed to complete transactions, reconcile accounts, handle disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Voluntarily submitted ticket content is cleared or de-identified after the issue and any necessary review are complete. Aggregated statistics that can no longer be linked to a specific account may be used to analyze service operations. Residual data in backups is gradually removed through normal backup rotation and is used only for fault recovery during that period.

Access, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Users can log in to the user panel to view account, plan, and order information. To correct data, close an account, or delete identifiable data, users can submit a support ticket through the user panel. To prevent actions by others, account ownership verification may be required before processing. Order records that must be retained for legal or transaction obligations, and de-identified data that cannot be linked again, may not be deleted together with an account request.

When this policy changes materially, SQLVPN will update the content and the “Last updated” date on this page. If a change directly affects how account data is processed, the user panel will also provide an appropriate notice. Users should review the updated policy before continuing to use the service. Policy changes do not alter explicit data-processing commitments made before the change took effect.
