SUPPORT DESK

Support & tickets

Submit account, subscription, connection, international route, payment and refund questions through the user-panel ticket system. Tickets keep your issue details and follow-up replies together, making it easier to track progress.

CONTACT CHANNELS

Channels and use cases

The user-panel ticket system is currently the official support channel. A public email address and Telegram contact have not yet been configured, so unverified addresses and accounts are not listed.

Tickets

Account support

Use tickets for subscription status, order checks, payment results, client connections, route selection and refund requests. For issues involving account records, this channel is preferred so additional details can be added to the same record.

Response expectations: Tickets are answered in submission order once they enter the queue. Resolution time may vary when route, order or payment records need to be reviewed.

BEFORE SUBMITTING

Before submitting a ticket

When describing an issue, include your platform, target region, selected route type, client message and the step where the problem occurred. For connection issues, note whether you tried another route or network. For order questions, include the relevant plan and payment method.

Avoid writing only “not working” or “unusual speed.” The clearer the reproducible steps, the easier it is for support to determine whether the issue involves client settings, route selection, subscription status or your local network.
